With multiple plating lines, on-site laboratory analysis to monitor plating baths as well as thickness, high-temperature and S.T.E.P tests, Fisher Scope and an off-site certified laboratory for additional testing, you know your job is going to get done right.

Our chrome line plating process takes your parts through a series of tanks, resulting in a beautiful chrome-plated final product. With our large nickel chrome tanks, we have the ability to plate large, highly cosmetic parts such as: bumpers, exhaust and other large parts; serving many industries to include Heavy Truck, Motorcycle, Gaming and Others.
Soaks and cleaner tanks

Soaks and cleaner tanks are used to remove oils, metal shavings, compounds and other contaminations. Tank temperature can range from 180-190 degrees Fahrenheit.

Electro Acid Tanks

Electro Acid Tanks remove oxides, rust and scale on metal surfaces.

Semi-Bright Nickel Tanks

Semi-Bright Nickel Tanks add a semi-bright surface and corrosion protection (protective film).

Bright Nickel Tanks

Bright Nickel Tanks add a bright surface and corrosion protection (protective film).

Particle Nickel Tanks

Particle Nickel Tanks add corrosion protection.

High Sulfur Nickel Tanks

High Sulfur Nickel is used for added corrosion protection.

Chrome Plating Tanks

Chrome Plating Tanks deposit chrome film over the nickel plating.

When plating with any of our 80 custom designer finishes, your products will go through the specialty plating process. The first few steps are largely similar to chrome plating, particularly cleaning and removing oxides and rust, but we’ll use a couple different tanks to create your desired finish.

Electro Acid Tanks remove oxides, rust and scale on metal surfaces.

Nickel Tanks

Nickel Tanks add a bright surface.

Brass Plating

After being soaked /cleaned and ran through electro acid tanks the metal is ran through the Brass Tanks where we apply a heavy deposit of brass, which can be oxidized to a number of different finishes.

Copper Plating

After being soaked /cleaned and ran through electro acid tanks the metal is ran through the Copper Tanks to deposit copper. Sulfite Tanks are used to darken the oxides on brass film

Proprietary Oxides

Oxides are used to achieve a particular color of finish.
